           (2) Rs 2350 per person on A/C Volvo coach for 20-30 pax .

      (1)  Rs 3250 per person by Indica for 02 to 03 pax .
(2)  Rs 2500 per person by Innova for 04 to 06 pax .

Transfers by private vehicle

       (1)   Rs 4000 per person by a/c Indica for 02 to 03 pax .
(2)   Rs 3000 per person by a/c Innova for 04 to 06 pax .

Terms & Conditions

1. All the booking confirmations should be forwarded to us by 10 November 2008 .

2. To avail the confirm bookings for hotel all the payments should be made by 10 November 2008.

3. To avail the confirm booking in Volvo confirmation has to be sent before 10 Nov 2008 & payments are to be deposited on 04 & 05 Nov 2008 at CELAO meet campus .

4. All the bookings for the transfers by Volvo a/c coach will be entertained for a group of  pax as mentioned above , If not then the guests will be provided with the private transfers for which they have to pay accordingly .

5. All the F.I.T bookings / bookings after the dead line / bookings for Jaipur will be entertained on as per the availability.

6. Service tax @ 1.24% on hotel bookings & 4.93% on transport bookings will be charged separately .

7. Service charges @ 2.6% will be charged on the total amount including the service tax amount .

8. All the payments other then the credit card will be charged accordingly ( if chargeable )

9. The above rates does not include the monuments entry fees , guide charges , meals other than those mentioned , any sort of tips or any Sort of personal expanses like mineral water bottles , drinks etc

Note :- Esteemed guests are requested to revert & make the reservations on time to avoid any last minute hassles & problems as the December period is a peak season for domestic & inbound movements in India .
